Minimum Qualifications (Arkansas Licensed Teacher):

• Hold a valid Arkansas Standard Teaching License or be enrolled in an Arkansas-approved educator preparation or alternative licensure program

• Hold a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

• Successfully pass all required Arkansas Department of Education background checks

• Meet all content-area and pedagogical requirements for the position as outlined by ADE

• Demonstrate strong communication skills and a commitment to student learning and professional growth
